Pitched as 'the revenue engine for MSPs', Levelled® automates the full Microsoft CSP licensing lifecycle in one closed loop, from uncovering opportunities, to quoting, procuring, provisioning, billing and reconciliation. The aim is to remove process waste, upskill non-technical talent and give MSPs more time to advise and retain their customers.

‍

Built by MSPs, for MSPs

‍

Levelled is the brainchild of CTO Matt Hyde and CEO Edward Humphrey, who left their roles at global systems integrators to co-found AI consultancy CloudWize, the development arm behind the new platform.

‍

They've spent their entire careers transforming businesses with Microsoft, and have worked closely with and for MSPs who have felt their growth restricted by reactive repetition, process handoffs and disconnected systems and technologies.

‍

So they set out to fix that.

‍

Tim Mercer – founder of UK MSP Vapour, which he sold in 2025 – is CCO. He has seen first-hand how restricted salespeople are without access to technical and ever-changing Microsoft knowledge, and how much time is lost to quoting, CRM updates and billing admin, which limits revenue conversion.

‍

CMO Katie Mallinson – who has spent almost 20 years raising the profile of businesses in the channel – completes the senior leadership team line-up, with customer success lead James Wood also bringing over a decade of MSP experience.

‍

"Most salespeople like speaking to customers. They don't like creating proposals, updating the CRM and waiting for colleagues' input," said Tim. "Levelled changes all of this. It absolutely won't take salespeople, operations or finance teams out of the equation. But it will let them process opportunities and reconcile payments faster, so MSPs make more revenue and more profit.

‍

"Now, you can turn a quote around in seconds, for example. That means revenue comes into the business faster, and – with our GoCardless integration – invoices get paid automatically."

‍

Ten products in one

‍

From day one, Levelled gives MSPs a licensing engine that runs a closed loop from quote to cash and reconciliation in minutes, not days. The platform connects directly to each partner's own distributor accounts, pulls their actual buy prices every night, and automatically recalculates sale prices against their margin rules, so every quote is built on today's costs.

‍

Underpinning the whole platform are AI agents connected live to Microsoft's official documentation and to each MSP's own customer, license and billing data, which Levelled keeps in sync with Partner Center and their distributors. When Microsoft changes its licensing, the answers change with it, giving sales, finance and technical teams instant, current answers to complex licensing questions. The agents also build quotes on request and coach more junior account managers through conversion-ready customer conversations.

‍

Integrated with GoCardless for automated payments and compatible with accounting software, Levelled also reconciles distributor invoices automatically. It matches every line a distributor bills to what the MSP charged its customer, and flags anything paid for but never billed on, a task Edward says previously took some beta customers three to four days.

‍

"I've been on the knife edge of innovation since the birth of cloud," said Edward. "Technology excites me daily, but it rarely impresses me. This is impressive, and we're only just getting started.

‍

"There are products that handle the sales element, and platforms that do the billing, but there's no platform that wraps everything CSP into one place, with a holistic view from start to finish. That's where Levelled has a real USP. It's almost ten products wrapped into one."

‍

The use of agentic AI throughout this end-to-end lifecycle has seen early adopters convert revenue up to 600% faster, and with 11,000 metrics mined automatically and compliantly per customer, commercial teams have 80% more upsell opportunities than before.

‍

Beyond licensing

‍

The Levelled team has been clear in noting that licensing is only the starting point. Levelled's next release, due before the end of the year, will scan customers' – and prospects' – full Microsoft estates and price untapped opportunities across Azure, M365, Modern Workplace, Security and FinOps. A white-labelled customer-facing AI chatbot is also available.

‍

"Imagine constantly mining your customers' environments and surfacing insights on how to better secure, rationalise, modernise and optimise their technology. Levelled provides fully loaded business cases, ready to take to your customers and will help you prioritise who you need to be speaking to, first," said Edward.

‍

"You can improve their security posture, reduce costs, and drive innovation that takes you from a reactive manager of IT problems to a proactive value-adding advisor. We want every customer to feel like the most important customer."

‍

CTO Matt Hyde added: "We've been automating complex processes for global enterprise customers for many years, but progress has been piecemealed. Traditional automation relied on specialist engineering, complex integrations and significant investment to connect systems and processes at scale. AI has fundamentally changed what's possible and the economics of delivering it.

‍

"AI agents now have access to tools, context and knowledge, which means we can automate frustrating, profit-eroding processes like licensing lifecycles end to end, without MSPs having to invest heavily. The opportunity was to bring these capabilities together into one secure, intelligent platform built around how MSPs actually operate. That's Levelled.

‍

Growth plans

‍

Levelled is targeting £30m turnover by 2030. The company plans to recruit in the next three months, secure investment within 12 months, and is already exploring entry into North America.

‍

"Our dream is to reduce all the reactive repetition across an MSP – the constraints, the shackles, the frustrations," said Edward. "Then we'll see, without those limitations, what the limit is for the channel. I don't think there'll be one."

‍

Levelled has been shaped by the distribution partners and MSPs who will use it, with more organisations in the supply chain encouraged to join the Levelled community.

‍

CloudWize continues to operate, supporting clients across UK sectors including tech, finance, legal, manufacturing and local government. Together, CloudWize and Levelled form Levelled Group.

Outcomes

“I love the energy that builds when clients begin to realise just what's possible with strategic AI thinking. The only limit is their imagination”
